Yes, carafoam is replacing the oats. If you want the real deal, make that jump to AG brewing. You won't regret it at all. If it's an equipment thing.. BIAB solves that problem. That's what I do.. I have the ability and equipment to do a 3 vessel batch sparge AG brew but BIAB works just as well...
