I've definitely been thinking about some English styles, possibly an ESB or maybe a Dark Mild even. American Amber has also crossed my mind. I'm not generally much of a Milk Stout fan, but I bet on nitro it's almost milkshake-like!
I recently installed a new nitro tap that I currently am pouring an Irish Red on. 😋 I'm looking for ideas for future batches to put on nitro.
Aside from the obvious Dry Irish Stout, what styles have other brewers put on a nitro tap that they really enjoyed? Are there ones you've tried that you...
Agreed! And @Thorrak has repeatedly rejected my offers to contribute to help him cover at least his out of pocket expenses. He is truly a generous soul, and I hope to at least send him a couple beers after he gets settled in his new house!
As it is, I usually break up each profile into several...
Hey Thorrak,
I had to reflash my Tiltbridge (LOLIN D32 Pro + TFT). After reconfiguring everything all seems to be working fine except for the link to my google sheet. When I enter the beer name in the google sheets settings page, it creates the google sheet fine and I get an email link to it...
I had similar issues using stainless conical fermenters inside refrigerators. I would have trouble getting a signal outside the fridge. But. I have had good luck with a tilt repeater project I found on GitHub that uses an ESP-32 board. @Thorrak has added it to Brewflasher in a Fast Delay"...
In actuality, I've stopped tying my Tilt's to the chamber because I find it adds a lot of noise to the graph for info I'm already tracking elsewhere (Tiltbridge). I know you can de-select each input, but you have to do it every time you open the dashboard for that chamber. What would be nice is...
I have two customized Brew Buckets with beautifully TIG welded 1.5" sanitary ferrules welded on. These also include the 90 deg elbows and butterfly valves. Makes dumping yeast and hops possible. I have used these for years, but have switched to conicals with pressure capabilities, so no longer...
I've had the best luck flashing the ESP32-S2 mini's with the Brewflasher App. The only way I've gotten these to flash is to hold both the buttons to put it flash mode before selecting the port. I select the erase flash, and then hold the "Boot", or "0" button while selecting the "download...
