I have been given some Abbey Malt. I have seen very few recipes using it, but was just wondering if anyone here has used it, if so tell me how you used it, in what beer, the amount and if you liked using it. Thanks
I have Gordon Strongs book aand have even brewed a few of his recpies. I have as great sucess with those recipies following the RO water and brewing salts to add and adding darker grains at the sparge. Today I am using Aurora Colorao water (award winning water) and one of the best to brew with.

yes I always ran boiling water though all the hoses pots Herms coil and chiller into the sink; every time I brewed right after it went into the fermenter.

My club was given a 30 gallon Sqarrell (HOME | Squarrel). Not sure how to clean this. I have a chugger pump 7GPM, is there a CIP ball that would work with that pump to clean a 30 gallon Squarrel? Looking for any other ideas from all those Brew Brains out there.
checking out craftbeerpi, haven't bought anything yet, just checking it out. Looking at the wiring diagram at "craftbeerpi.com/hardware" there is an extension board below the diagram. Is this extension board needed? Can the respberry pi 4 handle the load?
