Yeast Nutrient 1 tablespoon
Boil to 160 degrees
Cool in ice bath to 80 degrees under 1 min
Throw yeast, Dadys brewers yeast. 1 teaspoon
Stir and let sit for 1 week, keep at 70 once fermentation is done strain or filter 3 times.
