I've done this recipe in my oven and it turned out well, so with it being too hot to be running the oven I decide to give my Pizza Oven a try on my grill. I used the King Arthur Martin's Bagels recipe, but used bread flour instead of all-purpose flour. They are slightly deflated probably for that reason, but have a good flavor and are chewy.
