Est Color: 3.8 SRM
Ferment at 73F to highlight the banana flavors, lower to highlight clove. Rack to secondary with the blood orange puree.
This has a mild hint of orange in the nose along with banana and clove. There is a good balance of clove and banana up front with banana being more prevalent. The orange comes through more in the finish.
A very refreshing beer that drinks easy, and is hard to put down.
I will add an all grain version of this once I have tested that version.
