Hi. Just a new member here with some cranberry wine questions. Thanks for adding me to this forum! Have 3 gallons in my primary from fresh cranberries. Fermented well even though I feel like I pulled my fruit from the must too soon.. I racked to glass carboy and it sits at about 12.4%. I would like to add another fruit to the mix when bottling to give the wine more depth. Thought about a vitners; maybe orange blood or possible make a muscadine from fruit in freezer.. Looking for a confident compliment to add.. Any recommendations?
