I've had an idea for a while of building an electric BIAB system that could do 5 and 10 gallon batches but also could double a re-circulation sous vide system. Am I crazy or could this actually work? Sous vide needs stable temperature control over a long period of time. I was thinking of either building a PID controller myself that would have a thermocouple to help regulate accurate water temperatures, have a pump system to circulate for mashing but also for circulation for sous vide to not have irregular heating across the vessel.
