Hi All,
Just joining the forums after years of lurking. I moved to Brooklyn from Seattle and am in the process of simplifying my setup. I've been brewing for about 6 years, and started all grain. I love brewing Saisons, and am particularly partial to trying to make something similar to Saison D'Epautre. More often than not, however, I'm just brewing something low ABV that goes down easy.
Outside of brewing, I'm a biologist who does birding, biking, and plays bass. Lots of B-hobbies. Happy to meet other brewers in Brooklyn.
