The biggest asset this store has is the guy who runs it. Of the 7 LHBS I have visited (I move a lot) he is by far the most knowledgeable employee I have ever run into and willing to share his knowledge. I spent 30-60+ minutes in there picking his brain everytime I visited. The store is small but well orginized and the selection of grains, yeast and hops is always good. They stock the usual equipment and wine making supplies as well.
They have a website saratogaz.com and you can see their prices are pretty competitive. If you are local by the time you add shipping the prices are similar to the online suppliers.
In short excellent knowledge of brewing and good prices. If you are local to Lake George/Saratoga/Albany give this LHBS a shot.
