SS Brewtech 3V Electric Complete All-Grain System
Purchased new in Spring 2020. This has been a dream setup, but I don’t have room for it in our new house and must sell it. I am downsizing to an all-in-one system, so am keeping my mill, chiller, Steam Slayer, oxygen, and CO2 stuff. The whole system cost me upwards of $15k. I’m asking $5,000 for everything listed, plus lots of bits I’m sure I’ve forgotten. Local pickup only (Council, Idaho 83612), and I’m not willing to sell any items separately. The e-controller requires two separate 30-amp GFCI circuit breakers in your panel, with two separate NEMA L6-30 outlets. These are not included, and are not cheap. Everything is used but in excellent condition. I have absolutely loved brewing on this for three years and have made some fantastic beers. I will seriously miss the mash tun and RIMS system, which works beautifully with the e-controller to maintain whatever mash temp you program for however long you want it with absolutely no adjustment. I always underlet the mash with this system, crushing the grain directly into the mash tun which keeps grain dust totally controlled. 80+% mash efficiency rates on every beer I brewed with this system.
Here’s a video of one of my early brews on this system (before I started milling straight into the mash tun; I’ve since improved some of my procedures. From start to finish, including cleanup it’s about 6 hours): Hells Canyon Beer Brew Day
