Trying to get a phone number to some one at spike. I place an order, the status shows fulfilled and got the tracking. No movement on it for 2 days. Than got an updated from fedex that’s it’s been canceled
They used to have a phone number for customer service back in the day, now you have to submit a ticket. Typically they get back to you in a day or so, pre COVID-19. May be longer now, understandably. Their customer service is top notch for sure.
