Hello! I would like to enter an Italian Pilsner in some BJCP competitions. What category should I use? I realize it is essentially a dry-hopped version of a German Pilsner, so would it be that category? Thanks! Dan

Yes. I didn't want to permanently attach the brackets (drilling would be a disaster, and I didn't want to use an epoxy of any kind). The brackets are simple black shelf brackets from Home Depot. Great idea. What is the ambient temp of the area where the chamber is located? Do you think it would hold heat in my garage when it drops to the lower teens in the winter? Thanks!
