Some of you might know in nearly all South African supermarkets we can buy malted sorgum. That being said I recently found out that from the same sorgum brand one can get malted maize.
Trying to get information from the manufacturer regarding the product.

Re the juniper / that's just for an experiment . That being said alot of early beers were flavoured with juniper .

Still spits vodka yeast
7kg sugar 5kg start and then .500g every two days.
Fermented Bellow 15'c till fermentation
