I have also used the 3-wire US solid valves and had two of them fail after a few months. I have since switched to the Brucontrol valves. I was just using them for water, max temp of 150F, well below the max rating of 194F.
Not sure what you are trying to do here. If you are trying to manipulate the recipe inputs for you brew day calculations, there are a couple of issues. First, you don't want to loop. This should be a top section of your script like [setup] that is only run once. Alternatively, I have found...
What are you using the volume for? A little plug for @BrunDog, I ended up buying his volume sensors and they are amazing. You can use them by writing a script to fill your vessels to a specific volume and they are pretty accurate.
Many industrial sensors use 4-20mA analog signals because they are not influenced by the length of the wire or connection resistance. If you send 10mA and you have enough voltage to push the electrons through the path, 10mA will come out of the other side whether your wire is 2 ft or 200ft...
I sort of asked this question before, but am unsure if I understand correctly. Can I delete the database file if it gets too large and I don't need the data? Will it then create a new file and start logging?
My script resets the alarm. When it is restarted, it retriggers before it hits the trigger point. I have to put in a delay in between eestarting the timer and resetting the alarm. My question is, how do you restart the timer without it retriggering the alarm? I can write a script to show this...

I am having some issues with alarm timers and am wondering if this is a bug, or as intended.
If you have a timer with an alarm set at 0, the timer will count down and when it crosses 0, it will set the alarm. My issue is how to reset the timer and alarm without it retriggering the alarm. If...
I was doing some work to update my Brucontrol setup including upgrading to FW46. While I was doing it, I came across a profile element and was curious what it is. I looked in the manual and it says as above "Not completed yet" and searched this thread and this is the last update I see. Any...
