How many styles of beer do you have

I have two beers on tap (plus about a 12-pack commercial), and ingredients for another brew on hand. Have a keg of wine too, but that's resting for a while yet. That's quite a lot for me actually, since I hadn't brewed a batch for quite a while.

    Octoberfest Aging?

Did a maibock earlier in the year. Kegged it and put at 34F for about two months. Started carbing about two weeks before first tap.

    Boil problems

A 25ft, 14ga extension cord in itself isn't the problem in this use case. If a shorter cord makes a noticeable difference then the 25ft cord is defective and/or something else changed.

    Boil problems

From what I see the 120V units are 1500W. At 120V that's 12.5A. 12.5A through a 25ft, 14ga cord is only about 1.6V drop Using an extension cord of the described length and gauge in this case isn't inherently the problem.

    Boil problems

Use of the 25' 14ga cord in itself isn't inherently the problem. Way I read it, it's 2400W heating, at 240V, means about 10A. 10A through a 14ga cord 25ft should be just a bit over 1V drop.

    converting a 110 outlet to 220

If one is color blind, yeah, might be best just to buy one. Or, perhaps more generically:

what does the pbw powder taste like?

I think beers along the lines of Peanut Butter Wheat already exist, but perhaps not generally recognized as "PBW".

what does the pbw powder taste like?

I'll have to ask my GF. She poured herself a glass of PBW solution and took a sip of that. Yes, it was marked, but not like huge red letters. Just three simple letters, PBW, in black fine point Sharpie. Plain as the nose on your face, if you're looking for a difference at 3AM in something more...

    bagel hack

First attempt at homemade. Used brown sugar and honey instead of malt extract as that's what I had here and now. Depending how this goes I may open a pack of DME.

    Who's smoking meat this weekend?

    Looks delish!

    bagel hack

For brewing I knew it was about 20% less DME by weight due to the water content of LME. I suppose that would roughly hold true here too?

    bagel hack

Found a bagel recipe that calls for a little sugar or barley malt syrup. Barley malt syrup? Isn't that LME? And, if so, what might be an equivalent amount of DME (because I don't have any LME)?

    Old Fashioned.

Sometimes the rest of the story helps with troubleshooting. Rewired from what to what? Why? Rest of the story?

    Who's smoking meat this weekend?

Ribs, it's what's for dInner. 50/50 apple and cherry.

    Racking to keg from FV?

    I did, FWIW.

    bagel hack

I like my bagels with that crispy shell too, but prefer a bit more chew and density on the inside than airy, although the degree of chew and density and airy is a bit hard to compare across the chat.

    Fine bubbles vs coarse bubbles?

Must be medium bubbles then. ;)

    Racking to keg from FV?

NEIPA is the style they said they could detect a difference in the same/similar type of tests.
