Hi haven't done any brewing for a while had bad time ,, am getting back into it now I hope ,,ELDERFLOWER CIDER has anyone got the full recipe. Of the river cottage one or something better ? have put 60 flowers in 10 litres of hot water ,added 5kg of sugar and cut up 10 lemons put lid on apparently for few days now the question THEN WHAT ? Confused with this recipe
