I have a NEW never used complete 20-gallon electric brewery system that's great as a pilot or for making single or back 2 back 10-15gal batches, control panel compatible low Oxygen aka "LODO" Brewing and custom logic to run two heating elements of the four at any given time either to ramp up temp on the Hot Liquor Tank or bring your wort to a boil at double the speed or simple back to back brews of your favorite beers.
Equipment included is as follows:
- 3 x Blichmann G1 20 Gal Kettles
- Blichmann False Bottom for 20Gal Kettle
- Kals' Hop Stoppers one 1.0 & one 2.0 for Blichmann 20Gal Kettle
- roll of 60ft Ultraflex PDMS Silicone Tubing - 1/2" ID X 3/4" OD
- all Quick Lock Connectors, valves, fittings, clamps, etc. (all plumbing required)
- 2 x March 809/815 pumps with stainless steel pump head housings
- Custom 50A Control panel with the latest EZboil DSPR320 for Boiling, single or Step Mashing, and Low Oxygen (LODO) Brewing, 3 pump control outputs, one extra aux probe output to measure temp at any point in the process (probe included and needs to be installed where desired), oversize heat sink.
- Counter-flow Chiller from MoreBeer with outlet ball valve, thermometer, quick connects for wort lines, garden hose connects for water lines
- cables with temp probes & connectors
- 4 x Electric Brewery Heating Elements Camco 5500W ultra low watt density (ULWD) stainless steel (two boil kettles and two hlt)
- Electric Brewery stainless steel HERMS coil & Swagelock connectors
- Hex keys and sight glass cleaning brushes for kettles, as well as spare washers
- main power cords 50A male & female plugs, wall outlet.
- Barley Crusher grain mill with 7 pound hopper, base, crank handle
- 8 corny kegs with spares
- Lots of spares (probes, o-rings, teflon washers, etc.)
Note: Kettles need to be assembled and holes punched (hole punches included) according to the final system location for right or left operation of the control panel,
Not looking to part it out, and asking 5k CAD for the complete system, I'll offer my support in setting it up as I built it and tested it myself and I'm a qualified electrician.
Happy to provide additional info and pics if you're interested.
Cheers
Enrique
