I just took a gravity reading on the smash IPA I brewed with cashmere 11 days ago.
These are awesome.

I tried posting hopsteiner's screenshot and managed to munge it up.
I've used it once and it left me scrambling to check my fermentation data and verify that I pitched the correct yeast. It tasted exactly like that fruit cocktail flavor you get from a botched S-23 fermentation.I've tried it, but with other hops. How would you describe the flavor profile?
For instance, I got no strawberry.

Not when you're using free hops.I've used it once and it left me scrambling to check my fermentation data and verify that I pitched the correct yeast. It tasted exactly like that fruit cocktail flavor you get from a botched S-23 fermentation.
It certainly is flavorful!
If you like Cashmere, try fermenting S-23 at 72F. It's a lot cheaper.
I'm no certified judge so don't put a lot of faith in my old senses, but I get some fruitiness, a hint of citrus, and some herbal bordering on piney.I've tried it, but with other hops. How would you describe the flavor profile?
