Belgian Cherry Tart
Just purchased 10lbs of fresh sour cherries for the secondary. Stems removed, cleaned and frozen. What's your opinion about pitting the cherries before adding to the secondary? Yes? No? Also, would you spray the cherries with starsan or steep in vodka?
