Hello everyone. I have an opportunity to buy an Advantage Chiller (model - M1-2A-SSCI).
My setup allows me to do 15 gallon batches and I use CF chiller.
Assuming the M1-2A-SSCI is overkill, but would this be a nice piece to add to the setup to replace the CF? In additions, let's say the business plan went through and a small business opened up, this would suffice for a larger scale cooldown?
