Hey y'all,
I'm looking for some recent experience using brewferm blanche dry yeast. I have it in my pipeline to use for a Belgian wit.
I've seen a lot of outdated posts regarding this yeast, just wanted to see if anyone had recently used it for a Belgian wit.
I've read reviews that it can be a heffewizen yeast kicking out clove and banana, but I'm more looking for a pear and pepper profile. Are there temperature ranges that'll get me what I want with this yeast?
