I'm hoping someone on here has messed with one of these. I was planning on building a ferm chamber, but this fell on my trailer from a grocery store remodel. I've got to plug it in at the shop tomorrow and play with the settings, but from the manual, it seems there is not a specific temp setting, only the range setting based on how "chilled" the product required. I'm hoping at worst the temp sensor could be hacked into thinking it's in a cooler range than it actually is. Otherwise I may have to punt it to fund the chamber build.
