Going to be brewing an RIS here soon, here are my two choices from the brew shop for a sub for black barley.
Simpsons Roasted Barley

Simpsons Black Malt
I have checked out the stats on both malts on the Simpsons website but neither really seem to match up with the measurements in BeerSmith. Which grain would you pick?
