For this Halloween I wish to throw a little party, in the spirit of mixing beer(my new favorite tool), I have decide to host a black and orange Halloween party.

I was thinking for the orange use a wheat beer, with spices, and grain to make the best orange i can. and for the black a dark beer, or maybe a pale ale with chocolate malt added just for color.

What do you suggest to achieve the best orange color?
What should the dark beer be?

Any other suggestion to make a nice black n tan combo?

Any one in riverside?

Oh ya.... the beers will be kegged and Halloween is in 20 days, so a short finishing recipe is desired

It's easy to make a pale ale come out copper colored... There's your orange. Then a stout is black as night.

That's what I'd do.
