I had brewed a simple wheat beer a few weeks ago and when I went to keg it, I noticed the lid was just sitting on top of the bucket. I know that I sealed it after I pitched my yeast and a few days later I had seen the airlock blown out but wasn't too concerned. I had the beer in there for 10 days and then put it in the keg. Now it has been about 3 weeks and I noticed the taste is changing for the worse. I am assuming that the beer got oxidized and is finally showing the signs of it. My question is, can anything be done to the beer to make it better? I still have 3 or so gallons left and I would hate to waste it.

My very first batch blew so hard the lid hit the ceiling and shook the main floor. I put it back on hours later (long story). Turned out great. Soldier on!
