Okay, when I racked my Irish Red from my 6.5 gal primary to a 5 gal secondary i realized i had close to 6 gallons, so i racked the last 3/4 of a gallon into an empty cleaned and sanitized milk jug (with airlock fitted). Anyway, i'm slightly concerned about sitting in the plastic for that long, i kind of want to bottle them separately. I'll do my normal 3/4cup sugar for the stuff from the carboy, and do the not recommended add sugar to each bottle for the other. How much sugar would I add to each bottle? Teaspoon?
