Holy chit. We're literally brothers from separate wombs it something. Exact same story. I swore in, didn't graduate on time, didn't ship. They gave me a year and I met my wife and now I'm fairly happy I didn't ship out as an Auronautics specialist in 1995. I could have gone to war. Eff that.

I would have most definitely gone to war. this was in 1999. I was already in a war in Vegas.

Damn right. If I shipped, I'd have stayed. I'm on my 4th full time job in 25 years. So yeah, mechanic, so maybe safe. No guarantees though. I'm a damn good shot, someone might have put a gun in my hand.

Awesome. I have 20 teeth. I'm a crack shot and a smart fighter. My only weapon is my head...body blows might drop me. No ones gotten that far though. I've talked my way out of so many fist fights, I should be SecState.

fellow head butter? hahahaha! I always used to keep a pocket full of pennies. I used to throw them in the air and when my foe was distracted I'd eithr head butt them or go for the throat. sometimes it didn't work, but sometimes it did.

went to the Marines recruiter first. they wouldn't accept me because my answer to their question, "how many times have you smoked marijuana" was a laugh and "you're kidding, right?"

next day I went to the Navy recruiter and my answer to the same question was, "3 or 4 times, I experimented in college"

years later the movie PCU gave me a better answer: I never exhaled
