Hello,
can anyone help me? I ALWAYS lack SG points on my brews. In my opinion I work very meticulously, taking into account the acidity of the batter and rinsing water, I make sure that I do not use too coarse or too fine scrap (I used rice casings in the last brewing session). I only used light malts at the last brew.

Grainfather's efficiency is set to 75% but I think I am doing something else wrong: I experience the same thing with my herms. I use the prog for that device. BrouwVisie.

Anyone have any tips?

What efficiency are you getting? Can you post a picture of your crush and describe your equipment and process in detail? In the meantime, you could take a look at the presentation on Mash Efficiency and Brewhouse Efficiency (.PDF) at this link...
