I’m in the dreaming/planning stage of building my home brewery. I’ll go 2v 240 50 amp. I’m hoping for some ideas. Here some initial thoughts... in no particular order.
This will be a detached building.
I want incorporate a full kitchen.
Wood shop about 20’x20’
Garage 2 car
Bathroom with a urinal, shower and yea a toilet and sink

I’d like to start making cheese, hence the full kitchen.
I’d like like to make a keezer.
Fridges... 1@ cheese, ferm chamber, and regular food and some bottles...

Kithen sink as well as utility deep sink.

A few chairs for relaxing
Like I said, this is dreaming with a hope to start building in a couple of years.
Thanks

What type and size electric system r u thinking?
Include floor drains if you can.
Deep utility sink is a great idea.

I currently have a keggle. So 15 or 20 gallon.
I’ll be upgrading electrical so 50 amp with a steam slayer. I don’t have it all figured out...

Any idea the temp of the water coming out of a steam slayer? If it is not excessively hot.. Install a dishwasher tailpiece on your sink and hook the steam slayer hose directly to it. I do still advocate a floor drain for sure!! Loved using it this weekend!

Something like this.

Great idea. As this a planning process, this will fit in perfectly.
