Tasting Notes
Dank tangerines on the nose, subdued bitterness at the end, orange juice finish
Notes:

Yes, it's a lot of oats. They will affect both head retention and gravity. You'll probably find you need more time on gas to get a decent head. As to the gravity, this should be around 1.072 OG by the numbers, but with 26% oats, it's very doubtful you'll get there. Feel free to drop the Honey malt a tad to 2% or so (it's at 2.5% currently) for a bit less sweetness. You could also sub in Warrior or another more aggressive bittering hop, or simply boil longer if you wanted a more prominent bitter note.

10# Avangard Pale Ale malt
4# Flaked oats
1# Flaked wheat
6.1 ozs. Honey malt

4 ozs. Nugget @ 20 min

Finish boil, chill to between 140 - 170 F, depending on what volatile oils you want to keep. Then add the following, and hop stand for 15 minutes:

3 ozs. Amarillo
3 ozs. Galaxy
2 ozs. Eureka!

Finish chilling, pitch yeast. After fermentation, dry hop the following for 3 days:

1.5 ozs. Amarillo
1 oz. Galaxy

Pull dry hops, replace with 1 oz. Mosaic, dry hop for another 3 days.

Cold crash, fine with gelatin, and carbonate.
