I've got a 24x18x6 enclosure, will this fit a 100A BCS Setup?

I.E. 2x 50A 240v inputs, 4 x 30A 240v outlets, 2-3 110v outlets, and several temp probes. I've got Dual SSRs, and will be using Din rail for a few items, but contactors will probably be surface mount.

I see most people using 24x20x8 so not sure if that extra space will be required.

Cheers,

There's really no way for anyone to answer this without actually having tried to fit all the parts in the enclosure you mention. Do you have all the parts? Lay them out and see what fits. Make sure that you leave room for door panel items that may be deep (they may limit what you can put on the back plane).

When in doubt, buy one enclosure size larger than you think. It's always tighter than you think.
