I have located a euro keg that I may want to use as a HLT is the disassembly the same as the U.S. Sanke Keg? I see that it's flat on the top.

Do I just depress the surface to release pressure then Mark and cut?

I have 2 Euro Sankeys for my HLT and MLT, and all I did was stick a screwdriver in the valve to depressurize, and then cut the top with my angle grinder.

I got one too and after I cut and polished the top, I put it beside my sankes and realized the Euro keg is smaller. I was going to use it for a mash tun, but I think I will use it for a HLT now.

Hi guys, I have 2 Euro kegs and 1 Domestic and I'm converting this weekend. Would it make the most sense to use Euro kegs for HLT and BK and the Domestic for mash tun?
