After looking at many recipes, I've put together this...

OG 1.074
FG 1.013
SRM 39.75
IBU 77

12 lb (80%) Pale 2-row
1 lb (6.7%) C-60
1 lb. (6.7%) Midnight wheat
0.5 lb. (3.3%) Special roast
0.5 lb (3.3%) Flaked rye

0.5 oz Zeus (whole leaf) 60 min
1 oz. Simcoe 20 min
1 oz Amarillo 20 min
1 oz Simcoe 5 min
1 oz Amarillo 5 min
1 oz Simcoe 5 day dry hop
1 oz Amarillo 5 day dry hop

Single infusion mash at 152F for 60 minutes. Ferment with US-05 yeast at 65F.

So, I've always liked a little rye for body and that dry, crispness in many of my beers, but does it work here? Also, a friend gave me the Zeus whole leaf hops, which I've never used whole leaf before. Does the same weight of whole leaf hops really give the same IBU impact as pellets? Any other thoughts? Thanks!!

Grist looks awesome. The hops look good too, but missing that spicy/dank of some Columbus or Chinook

Well I was thinking initially the Zeus bittering charge would fill that void, but since it is traditionally only for bittering, that really misses the spot. I DO want that dank, resiny element so perhaps I'll do this?

.5 oz Zeus 60 min
.5 oz Simcoe 20 min
.5 oz Amarillo 20 min
.5 oz Zeus 20 min
.5 oz Simcoe 5 min
.5 oz Amarillo 5 min
.5 oz Zeus 5 min
1 oz Simcoe 5 day dry hop
1 oz Zeus 5 day dry hop
