Recipe? Got my Belma Saison brewday tomorrow
Here you go, all I have for notes on this one. My comments are a bit lacking in detail.... it is pretty straightforward. Like I said in a previous post, this one is lacking in head retention, so I may consider Carapils somewhere in the recipe at some point, or leave well enough alone.

Notes
Added 5 degrees to strike water and sparge water. (Ignored on 6/29/15 brewday, it was 100F in brew area)
6/29: Forgot to dump out deadspace water in the HLT/Boil Kettle, had to increase boil time my 18 minutes. 1st wort hops is a 78 minute boil as opposed to 60. Also attempted a psuedo fly-sparge, efficiency fell a bit low, but 0.002 isn't that bad of a miss.
6/30: Fermentation Day 1 - Keezer was set to 62F, found at 60F. Adjusted up by one day's increment to 64F, expecting 62F tomorrow. If estimates are correct, I will ramp up the next four days by 1F extra.
