Well I bottled my Wit, and realized about an hour and a half later I forgot my priming sugar. Well I re sanitized everything and am fixing to re bottle the beer, with the sugar. At least I realized it now and not a month down the road.

There seems to be a lot of this going on today...

Anyone who says they haven't done this is either anal retentive of a liar.

No need to resanitize everything, just sanitize a small funnel, and a measuring spoon oh and some new caps. Then pop the caps off insert the funnel into the bottle and add 1/2 a teaspoon of dry corn sugar into the beer. If you are using 22oz bottles then put in a full teaspoon, then re-cap.

Christians idea is good. You can also use coopers carbonation drops if you have a LHBS nearby.

Dang I wish I would have thought of that, I emptied all the bottles into my bucket with the priming sugar. If I do forget the priming sugar, no wait, when I forget the priming sugar again I will do that. Thanks for the advice.

I tried my "workingman's wheat" this weekend, which has been conditioning in bottles for a little over 3 weeks and blah. it's barely coarbed, pretty flat.

looking back at my notes i realized that this was a weekend i bottled two batches of brew, it is quite possible that i forgot the priming sugar.

is there anything i can do at this point besides drink flat brew?
