Hey All,

My name is Tim. I am fairly new to brewing, I have my second batch in the fermenter and have yet to taste my first/ After visiting some breweries and a friend who is pretty into the craft I decided that this was a great hobby for me. Still working with ordered kits, but I hope to start my own recipes sooner than later

Doing your own recipes is a good idea. It gives you more flexibility and you learn more about what ingredients do to the beer.
