I would really love to take a stab at Pike Brewing Co. XXXXX Stout this weekend and I can't find anything anywhere about a clone recipe.
Their website lists it at a
1.073 OG
7% ABV
Malt: Pale, Crystal, Roasted
Hops: Willamette, Chinook, EK Golding
65 IBUs
mentions hints of chocolate, licorice and espresso flavor.
I will probably brew it extract, but I can convert from AG, and who knows maybe i'll try another AG (i've only done a few AG and its been a year, my last few batches were back to extract)
If nothing comes of this I might try a North Coast Old Rasputin (i've seen a few recipes floating around on here).
Thanks in advance.
