hi i have never pressure fermented before.

does this sound right?

fill keg with 4.5 liters of chilled wort . aerate pitch yeast.

option 1) attach blow off to gas in port for initial phase of fermentation maybe 24 hours? then switch to spunding valve set at 12 psi ( i saw a video where i can daisy chain to another keg then attach valve to there to purge said keg with fermentation gas. i may try this)

option 2 ) place spund on immediately and set to 12 psi. (doesnt sound as safe)

then transfer to serving keg. when fermentation finished.

does this sound right . am i suposed ot transfer a few points short then carb in the keg with terminal fermentation gas using the spunding valve there? its a little confusing.

thanks
