0.5 lb Crystal 90 L
0.5 lb Crystal 60 L
0.5 lb Flaked Oats
0.5 lb Flaked Barley
0.5 lb Carapils
0.5 lb Caramunich
0.5 lb Carafoam
0.5 lb Black Patent
0.25 lb Chocolate
0.25 lb Pale Chocolate
SRM = 35
Mash @ 152 F for 60ish minutes. 90 min boil (~7-gal or wort for boil)
Yeast: Wyeast 1450 Denny's Favorite 50
Hops:
0.5 oz Amarillo (8.6%) 75 mins
0.5 oz Citra (12.3%) 75 mins
0.5 oz Mosaic (10.6%) 75 mins
0.5 oz Amarillo (8.6%) 30 mins
0.5 oz Citra (12.3%) 30 mins
0.5 oz Mosaic (10.6%) 30 mins
Dry Hop for 7 Days:
1 oz Amarillo, 1 oz Citra, 1 oz Mosaic
IBU's = 94!
OG: ~1.070
FG: ~1.017
Needed to clean house on remnants of grains from prior batches so that is why there are so many different types in this recipe. I am brewing this up
later today so I'll update as thing move along. Any and all suggestions, comments, etc. are appreciated since I just threw this together last night and honestly have no idea how it'll turn out. But hey! That's the beauty of homebrewing! Cheers!
