I have been using mine for a year with about 5 batches and this is how I clean it.
1. Run hot Oxy threw it for a min then let sit for 20-30 minutes. Run the rest threw which is usually 2 or so gallons.
2. Rinse with cold water about 2 or 3 gallons.
3. Run Starsan threw and let sit for 10 to 20min.
4. Connect the new keg and draw off 2 imperial pints (I secondary in the keg so I would do this anyway).
5. Use as normal.
I am reluctant to take the faucet apart as it looks troublesome to put together.
