How do you easily upload recipes to the HBT database?

I run Beer Alchemy on my mac. I cannot seem to figure an easy way to post my recipes into the HBT database. I see other folks some how get a graphical printout (from other software) in the body of the posting. Maybe it is not possible with this software?

Anyone else using Beer Alchemy know a way?

It is kind of a pain to type out the whole thing and then inevitably I miss something. Then I am stuck with dead links in my drop down menu from screwed up attempts. I'd love to share more recipes but it is a bit of a hassle.

I checked out that thread. I just checked and I believe I can save recipes as BeerXML files or Rec files. Question now is, how do I test it without ending up with a third dead link in my recipe drop down list?

ah, hang on. It seems this is only an option available to paid members.

oh well. Can't afford it right now so I guess I'll have to sweat it out in order to share.
