I don't so this very often cause ....well I'm an ******* but...
I purchased a hurricane burner from an online home brew retailer. Upon installing and firing it up, it had an awful resonance/whistle to it. I contacted hurricane directly as I figured the home brew shop would have me contact them to get the issue resolved. After many back and forth emails assuring it was properly installed, they sent me a new one to see if the issue went away and it did.
I don't normally praise folks but these guys went out of their way to help and it was awesome.
