Onion wine? Seriously? Never heard anything like this before. Don't get me wrong, I love onions, but having those two words in the same phrase is alien to me. Have you already made this?

Only made it once, years and years ago, used yellow onions. Came out slightly sweet, not at all hot, and VERY earthy, good good stuff. Everyone who tasted it wanted a bottle . Now lets see if I can do it again ;-)

Last year we had extra tomatoes from our garden, and, yep, you guessed it chili and salsa!!
