Can anybody help me out with a clone for Mac and Jac's African Amber using extract and grains? I can't seem to find one anywhere on the net. Thanks!

Anyone.....Bueller? Well, guess I'll have to reserve it as a treat when I go out to the bars. I know somebody here in the great NW has got to have a recipe for this delicious beer though.

promash.com has clone recipe. need to modify a bit. not quite like orig. you can get yeast from brewery by buying growler.

5.5 gal. 9lb 2row, 1lb munich, .5lb 60l crystal, .5lb 10l carapils. .75oz centennial 60min. .75oz cascade 2min. 1098 wyeast. I HAVEN'T REMADE A BATCH YET BUT I THINK I'LL GO WITH 10L CRYSTAL INSTEAD OF 60L. ALSO I HAVE THE YEAST FROM A GROWLER THAT I'LL USE. ORIGINAL BEER LIGHTER IN COLOR AND SWEETER. YOU'LL HAVE TO TRY A BATCH AND SEE WHAT YOU THINK.
