Hi All,

My wife and I think weve selected the brew kit we want to start out with.

Luckily we live about 30 minutes from Beer, Beer, and more Beer in Concord. Im planning on heading up there within the next few days to pick up this kit:

Im wondering if anyone has any experience with this kit, and if so how did it work out for you?

For our first brew, I think were going to try Jim Rossis Honey Pale Ale Extract (http://morebeer.com/product.html?product_id=18417). Im planning on two brews within a few days of each other as I hear the first batch disappears rather quickly :) As of now Im thinking my second batch wil be Rodger's IPA (http://morebeer.com/product.html?product_id=6071).

Ive been reading the John Palmer website/book, a dummies book on brewing I got as a gift, and everything on this site I can find. Im slating one whole day for the first brew, with V is for vendetta as entertainment.

Thanks in advance, and Ill keep you posted on our progress.

PS: Heres a label Ive been playing around with. All the text is just placeholding for now.

Good luck with your first brew. That kit looks nice, has alot more with it than my original kit.

Have a fun time and dont stress, if everything is clean it will all go well.

Morebeer has good kits and you will be pleased with the beer. I use a large 15 gallon food grade container to mix iodaphor and then all the brewing stuff can just set in there until it is needed. Happy brewing.
