My first IPA and I'm impressed! I kegged it (making sure that the beer level did not cover the gas in post) and dropped in 1 oz. of Centennial pellets in large stainless herb ball. Wow, it dropped very clear sitting in the Primary in cold storage for a few weeks. It came out to 6.5% abv as I don't think I boiled enough off as I always make enough to make sure I get a full keg.
Here's the recipe. It's awesome for Hop Heads. I can't wait to see what a month with dry hopping does.
10.5# 2-Row Pale
1 # Munich
1# Crystal 20L
1 oz. Warrior 60 minutes
1 oz. Centennial at 45 minutes
1 oz. Centennial at 5 minutes
Safbrew US-56 Dry Yeast
Dry hop with 1 oz. Centennial
