I am starting to get over my love affair with hoppy brews. The Florida heat has made me broaden my horizons and I have found myself drawn to Florida beer companies Florida lager. I'm an AG brewer who has only done ales and I do have temperature controlled fermentation freezer. The brewery is close to my house but there is never anyone there that knows anything about the beer. I only have the following description: Vienna style lager, blend of 2 row, caramel and carapils. Hops are German tradition and northern brewer. 5.1 abv, 22 IBU, color SRM 5.8. Can anyone help with a recipe??

I've never had the brew in question, but my guess is that it's an Americanized Vienna lager, so probably all domestic malt and American lager yeast. Based on this, I would go with...

It was difficult but I finally found some contact info and sent a message to the brewery to ask for more information.

Well, no response at all. I have to admit I didn't expect one. I have never been to a brewery that was so hard to speak to somebody. Their website is outdated, no real contact info and never any response when looking for event details. I guess in will give the recipe above a shot.
