Dunno if a topic like this has been started before.

Let's here ya recipes with leftover ingredients and how they turned out, or are most people ultra-economical buying only what they need?
 
Choconanner Stout: Had a buttload of wheat, some pils, some black barley and chocolate and a slurry of wlp300 leftover from a VERY bannanaish weizenbock. So I made a traditional hefe and fermented it around 74 to get some good banana flavors in there, it had the black barley and chocolate to make it stout like. Used hallertauer hops. Was delicious.
