I recently brewed a Bo Pils with this yeast. The recipe was a standard all pilsner grain bill, 9 lbs Weyermann regular Bo Pilsner and 2 lbs Avangard Pilsner malt. I used a step mash of 147° for 30 mins, 153° for 15 mins and 162° for 30 mins with a mashout at 168° for 10 mins. The beer is naturally carbing in the keg at this time. I saved the yeast with beer on top in a quart jar but after 2 weeks the beer on the yeast is still very cloudy. This is first time using this yeast and previous Bo Pils I've brewed with WY 2001 and WY 2124 have been clear. Anyone had a similar experience or problems with this yeast in the past?
